A few ways to do it. Go as big or as small as you like.
Batteries in, lights on. Nothing beats a sweater you can see from across the bar.
Tinsel, ornaments and a glue gun on a plain sweater. More is more.
Same sweater on the whole group, or one letter each so you spell a word together.
⭐ It is the easiest run to join last minute, so send it to the friend who says they have nothing to wear.
